Last evening was the 62nd Emmy Awards hosted by funny man Jimmy Fallon. This year was some of the best red carpet fashion we have seen in a while. The trend was sequins, long and short dress hems and dazzling gowns in midnight blue.

Anna Paquin looked radiant wearing Alexander McQueen that she paired with YSL shoes. We love her platform patent pumps. We also love these Stuart Weitzman chic peep-toe pump done in black patent leather.

Heidi Klum wins our top dressed for the night as she shows off her has legs for days in this gorgeous Marchesa black mini dress. This dress is simply a work of art. These Diane Von Furstenberg plum suede heel would be a nice jewel tone color to compliment her necklace.

Betty White is always a favorite and is loved by everyone these days. We think her pretty tie-dye outfit is adorable but a little height can go a long ways. So if she is able to strut in these Stuart Weitzman Alex crocheted sandals, we think she would look smashing in them!! Good thing these wedges have a cushioned leather footbed and rubber soles, for extra support!
