What was your favorite movie this year? Are you into action, adventure or comedy? With dozens of movies to choose from, it might be hard to decide. Here, we’ve listed some critic faves and covered the style of their fabulous female leads. Just remember, a box office hit does not necessarily equal a quality movie. What do you think of the professionals picks?

Paula Patton and Kate Spade Grotto

Paula Patton starred as Agent Jane Carter in “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol”.  The awesome action flick was released in Imax and was a fantastic end of year  thriller.  Though it was the fourth movie in the Mission Impossible series, it doesn’t get stuck in a sequel rut. The IMF is disbanded and the team is left on their own to save the world. Can they do it? You’ll just have to check it out! Here Paula (actress and wife of singer, Robin Thicke) is seen at at the “Ghost Protocol” premiere in a fun, patched dress and purple peep toes, similar to the Kate Spade Grotto. These glam Kate Spade pumps are embellished with a bow and golden chain.

Kristen Wiig and Stuart Weitzman Gigiritz

Actress Kristen Wiig co-wrote and starred in hit comedy “Bridesmaids”. The bawdy flick is often considered the “chick” version of films like “The Hangover”. It centers around a bride, her best friends, a green eyed monster (jealousy) and it brings lots of laughs. Kristen is a super star SNL cast member and looks lovely here at the “Bridesmaids” premiere. She dons a cream colored frock and bow adorned pumps similar to the Stuart Weitzman Gigiritz. We love the detailing on this Stuart Weitzman pump; it’s a truly timeless shoe.

Amy Adams and Stuart Weitzman Poco

Amy Adams plays Mary in “The Muppets”. The clever comedy is a great family flick featuring puppets, muppets and people too! Here Amy is seen at “The Muppets” L.A. premiere in a streamlined look that’s sleek and chic. Her red skirt pops against a pale top and pointed to nude heels, similar to the Stuart Weitzman Poco. These pretty Stuart Weitzman pumps are a versatile pick perfect for day or night.
