Vampires and ghosts and witches, oh my! Halloween is nearly here and to celebrate, here are some stylish sorceresses. All of these leading ladies have played the role of a witch at some point in their career. Good witch, bad witch or Wiccan, they’ve all cast spells over someone. Maybe they really are magic, it could explain why their fashion is so enchanting.
Sarah Jessica Parker and Stuart Weitzman Held
Sarah Jessica Parker has been acting since she was just a kid, getting her start as “Annie” on Broadway. She has starred in many movies and shows since, but to me, the movie that made her career was “Hocus Pocus”. This family friendly film has Sarah Jessica cast as an evil witch who wants to use the life force of others to stay young and beautiful for ever. So far Ms. Parker has succeeded looking fantastic in this fall friendly ensemble. From her floppy hat to her black leather boots, similar to the Stuart Weitzman Held, she looks effortlessly chic. These Stuart Weitzman boots would make a fantastic, timeless addition to any woman’s wardrobe.
Alyssa Milano and Kate Spade Kami
Alyssa Milano has also been acting since she was a child, starring on t.v. show “Who’s the Boss”. The little cutie grew up into the stunning witch Phoebe on the hit show “Charmed” . She was one of three sisters who helped to save the world from evil. If you’re going to be saving the world, you might as well look cute doing it, like Alyssa does above, at the “Do Something” non-profit awards. Paired with black pumps, her look would be basic, but green pumps, like the Kate Spade Kami, make her look bold and beautiful. Try the Kate Spade pumps if you want to stand out in a crowd.
Alyson Hannigan and Joie Rolling
Alyson Hannigan played a teenage witch, but she wasn’t Sabrina. She played the Wiccan character Willow on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Both good and bad at times, she is an essential part of the series. Here Alyson looks ready for Autumn with her daughter Satyana, in her sweater and cuffed leather boots. Cuffed boots like the Joie Rolling ankle boot are really popular now and look great over jeans. The Joie boots are distressed and offer a trendy rugged look.
