Curtains up, carpet down on Broadway

March 29, 2011

in Celebrity Fashion, Diane Von Furstenberg shoes, Kate Spade shoes, Pedro Garcia shoes

Everyone loves a good revival and every thespian answers to the call  of attending a big Broadway opening night.  The crème of smart theatrical talents rushed to the Al Hirschfeld Theater earlier this week to catch the opening of the Broadway classic “How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying” in New York. Daniel Radcliffe and John Larroquette are some of the big names in the cast. We had big thoughts about the shoes worn by glitzy celebs who showed up to watch the show.

Sara Ramirez and the Kate Spade Charlee Wedge

Nothing says springtime better in a black evening shoe than the feminine designs of Kate Spade. We like the a light, airy design of a shoe that can carry the focus back to a beautiful dress like this, worn by actress Sara Ramirez. Here is the Kate Spade  Charlee Wedge Black Patent.

Megan Hilty and the Diane Von Furstenberg Ithaca Sandal

Megan Hilty shows off curves and cuteness. We like the curves, too, of a Diane Von Furstenberg shoe, especially when this designer plays with the shine of gleaming metallic leather. This is the Diane Von Furstenberg  Ithaca Sandal Pewter Leather.

Anika Noni Rose and the Pedro Garcia Maryse Sandal

Darling Anika Rose showed dress smarts in pairing a cowl neck top under this blue coat with its wide shawl collar. We never squander the dressy elegance of a Pedro Garcia shoe unless for good reason and Anika Rose is good reason. Here is the ideal complement to her ensemble, the Pedro Garcia  Maryse Sandal Black Suede.
