Cute cut out dresses are all the rage right now. They are stylish and sexy, when done properly. Just a little skin can be smart, chic and seductive, and it’s certainly better than over exposure. Stars are wearing so many styles of cut outs on the red carpet, it can be hard to keep up. Their are hip cutouts, tummy cutouts, cutouts with lace and more. Each one can be adorable, just take a look at these celebrity cutout styles.

Keira Knightley and Diane Von Furstenberg Opal

There is a gothic flare to this lacy cutout dress, worn by Keira Knightley to the National Board of Review Awards in New York City. Though the cutout is larger, the lace paired with her small frame keeps it tasteful. Also added to the black mix are a bag, tights and barely visible strappy sandals, similar to the Diane Von Furstenberg Opal.  The sleek Diane Von Furstenberg sandals zip in the back and feature a gorgeous gold love logo pull. Keira is slated to star in at least three movies in 2012 including a dark comedy alongside Richard Gere.

Mila Kunis and Stuart Weitzman Platswoon

Another award show and another black ensemble. Mila Kunis is spotted at the Writers Guild Awards in Century, California in a little black dress with a single slit cutout, a black clutch and classic black pumps like these Stuart Weitzman Evening shoes. The Stuart Weitzman Platswoon is a perfect pick for evening affairs with it’s sweet satin sheen. Mila keeps her look from being too dark by avoiding tights and showing some skin. Miss Kunis already has two movies lined up this year including a Wizard of Oz remake.

Kelly Rowland and B Brian Atwood Liese

Singer Kelly Rowland is spotted in yet another black cutout at the Moet Rose Lounge during the launch celebration for her new album “Here I Am”. She adds some shine with bangles and silver open toe booties similar to the B Brian Atwood Liese. These iridescent B Brian Atwood booties are sure to make you stand out. We love Kelly’s cute side cutouts and the fit of this fabulous dress. Kelly is currently working on her fourth album due out late this spring.
