Naomi Watts’ latest cinematic venture, Fair Game, is slated to hit theaters on November 5. The movie’s New York City premiere was held this past Wednesday, October 5, at The Cinema Society at NYC’s Museum of Modern Art. Hosted by Giorgio Armani, the star-studded event lured a line-up of A-listers to the Big Apple. The film, also starring two-time Academy-Award winner Sean Penn, is based on the true story from the memoir of Valerie Plame Wilson, who was outed as a covert CIA agent. The fashions at this event, however, were anything but covert.

Wowing photographers and onlookers, Naomi Watts attended her film’s premiere in an Armani LBD with a feminine, sexy take on a man’s tuxedo. The Aussie native showed off her stunning gams in bronze round-toe pumps. However, these Stuart Weitzman Avignon Adobe patent leather pumps in taupe would have elongated her legs to better advantage.

Watts’ co-star Michelle Monaghan attended the event decked out in threads by Lanvin. Her one-sleeved dress rocks a dark green hue and is adorned with monochromatic accoutrements. Monaghan’s dark alligator pumps are a rather safe choice for the actress. We would have loved to seen her take more of a fashion risk in Diane Von Furstenberg’s stunning Zia shoes with soft, supple bands of suede that wrap the foot in modern style.

R&B singer Keri Hilson posed for photos in an Emporio Armani dove-gray, strapless dress with floral detailing on the bust. The stylish songbird carried a clutch with metal adornments, pointy pewter stilettos, and a chunky ring to complete her outfit. Hilson could have upped the “it” factor, however, with Elizbeth & James E-More open-toe booties. The vintage suede footwear boasts upper collar detailing, leather lining, leather outsoles and five-inch heels with a one-and-a-half-inch platform, to up the ultra-glam factor.
