Rage Launch Party in Los Angeles

October 1, 2011

in Celebrity Fashion, Fiorentini & Baker shoes, Juicy Couture shoes, Sam Edelman shoes

Last night’s launch party for the highly anticipated video game “Rage” brought out some big stars. Hosted by Charlize Theron, the event was held in Los Angeles’ historical Chinatown Central Plaza. The Black Keys performed and celebs of all kinds, from rapper Snoop Dogg to model Alessandra Ambrosio, were in attendance.  The red carpet was packed with fun, edgy fashion; who knew gaming could be so glamorous?

Alessandra Ambrosio and Sam Edelman Simone

The stunning Alessandra Ambrosio looked spectacular in her sparkly sequin top, simple skinny bottoms and mid-heel black booties, similar to the Sam Edelman Simone in black suede. The Sam Edelman booties have the same cute and comfy vibe – perfect for a game launch party. No need for six inch stilettos there! The Brazilian model was perfectly dressed, keeping her look casual with a funky flair.

Michelle Rodriguez and Juicy Couture Carlton

Actress Michelle Rodriguez looked like she was ready to get her gaming on in an eclectic fashion mix. Pairing a pastel button up and a biker jacket with some rock star boots was a daring move, but she’s young and hip enough to pull it off.  Michelle’s gorgeous boots may have been a bit worn, but you can get a shiny new pair! Try the look-alike Juicy Couture Carlton Boot; two pairs of boots in one, they can be worn just below the knee (like Michelle’s) or at the ankle. I applaud Juicy Couture’s innovation in this fun boot!

Rumer Willis and Fiorentini+Baker Eli

Rumer Willis, actress and daughter of super-celebs Demi Moore and Bruce Willis brought the nineties back with her cool grunge look. I’m sure someone must have worn similar low heel, ankle length boots to a Nirvana show. You can snag her look with the Fiorentini+Baker Eli Boot. Available in black, plum, and brown -get them in distressed suede for a more authentic feel. I love that Fiorentini+Baker made such a stylish, effortless looking boot.
